Our mission as the Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Syracuse is to help carry on the tradition of the Corporal Work of Mercy and Catholic faith when it comes to interment arrangements. We help families make a plan that will honor the traditions of the Catholic faith and provide consecrated grounds for a reverent , respectful burial in times of need. Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Syracuse has several locations in the Cortland, Johnson City, Oswego, Syracuse, and Utica, NY areas. All of our cemeteries are blessed by a Bishop, making the grounds holy and consecrated. Our grounds are perpetually maintained, but it’s our people who truly make the difference. Their caring and compassionate approach to their work and to helping families cope during difficult times is a testament to their dedication to their faith.
